What’s the difference between personal training and boot camp?
Personal training is 1 on 1 training with a trainer and more individualized focusing on client’s needs, its more private but costs a lot more than boot camps. Boot camps are small groups who are all chasing the same goal. At boot camps there is more variety and you’re not stuck inside a gym, you have others there working towards same goals so you will have a lot more support. Boot camp is also more affordable so you can train more times per month while still under the guidance and supervision of a personal trainer.
Will I be able to keep up at boot camp?
At Rock Your body Boot Camp we have members of all ages, shapes, sizes and different levels of physical activity. It will be challenging but we always alter exercises based off your level of fitness and your ability. We will never give you anything you can’t do or set you up for failure. Our trainers our great with making it work for everyone. Our boot camps are great for anyone at any level. Don’t be afraid, you’ve got to start somewhere.
How Long is each bootcamp Session and what does it consist of?
Each bootcamp session ranges from 45-55 minutes. At the start of the session we give you a quick rundown of the workout for the day as well as any variations of each exercise you may need to do for different fitness levels. After that we go through a 7-10 minute dynamic warm ups specifically designed to simultaneously increase your mobility and stability in every single joint. WE then go into the main workout which is usually a 20-25 minute Metabolic Resistance Training Workout followed by a 2-5 minute metabolic finisher. At the end of the session we do an extensive cool down and stretch. You won’t find a more extensive fat loss workout anywhere else on Long Island!
How many days a week is bootcamp?
We have bootcamp sessions 6 days a week Monday – Saturday. Our program options range between 2, 3 or 4 days per week. The truth is you don’t really need to workout more than three days per week to get great results (as long as you follow our super simple and affective nutrition program and guidelines) and by having all sessions on a set schedule it keeps everyone accountable to showing up (no, “I’ll just go tomorrow” excuse).
Can I go to different class times?
Due to the size of our classes, people must commit to a class time to prevent confusion and overcrowding. If this is just a one-time issue, we can usually accommodate. However if a person’s schedule is constantly rotating, we cannot accommodate that. I would suggest calling us to discuss custom options.
Who is boot camp for?
This program was specifically developed for regular people with busy lives. Boot camp is for all ages. It’s for anyone who wants to lose fat, have more energy, reduce stress, have a flat stomach, speed up their metabolism and live a healthier and longer life while improving their life as a whole.

Can I just pay for each workout?
Unfortunately No. The fact is you need to exercise consistently in order to make progress and see results. Knowing you have a consistent payment each month will keep you accountable to exercise. Plus once you get out there and start seeing progress you’re going to look forward to every workout.
How soon will I see results?
Within days people feel more energized, feel better and notice the workouts aren’t as challenging. For visible results we say at least two to four weeks, but we have some people who have incredible results sooner. Always remember, our bodies our different so always stay focused, consistent and be patient. It took you this long to get where you were so don’t expect to lose it all in a week.
What do I need to bring to boot camp?
All you need to bring are some exercise friendly shoes, water and a towel. We’ve got you covered!
