How Long is each bootcamp Session and what does it consist of?

Each bootcamp session ranges from 45-55 minutes. At the start of the session we give you a quick rundown of the workout for the day as well as any variations of each exercise you may need to do for different fitness levels. After that we go through a 7-10 minute dynamic warm ups specifically designed to simultaneously increase your mobility and stability in every single joint. WE then go into the main workout which is usually a 20-25 minute Metabolic Resistance Training Workout followed by a 2-5 minute metabolic finisher. At the end of the session we do an extensive cool down and stretch. You won’t find a more extensive fat loss workout anywhere else on Long Island!

How many days a week is bootcamp?

We have bootcamp sessions 6 days a week Monday – Saturday. Our program options range between 2, 3 or 4 days per week. Due to the size of our classes, people must commit to a class time to prevent confusion and overcrowding. If this is just a one-time issue, we can usually accommodate. However if a person’s schedule is constantly rotating, we cannot accommodate that. I would suggest calling us to discuss custom options.
